The latest version was deployed on February 29, 2012.

• Menus are now displayed in a way to make the tool easier to navigate.
  Instead of menu items across the top, some of the menu items are in
  drop down lists.
• The downloadable files are now more prominent and include descriptions of
  the files. They are accessible on a drop down menu under calculate summary.
• The Summary page now shows the total load for a scenario from land use
  loads, septic systems and waste water loads at the very top.
• The Compare page now shows the percent difference between scenarios for
  land use septic, and waste water loads.
• A BMP Score calculation has been added to the Summary and Compare pages.
  The BMP scores are provided to allow comparison among scenarios without
  comparing actual loads. The calculation of these scores are based on acres of
  BMPs implemented and weighted by the effectiveness value and unit area load
  for those BMPs with land use changes. The scores are normalized by the Phase 1
  WIP scenario in VAST and summarized by land use.
